I have attached the Sprint/Nextel 800 MHz rebanding/buyout information which I have learned affects mostly all of our radios. Can you check and list all of your 800 MHz radios so I can forward the information to Harris County so they can let us know what our options are concerning this. At the last Radio meeting in Conroe a couple of weeks ago they informed us that they started receiving 2500 radios last week and will start swapping out beginning at the first of next year and starting with the smaller cities and agencies. From what I was told the first step is getting all 800 MHz radios serial number and models documented and forwarded to Harris County so they can verify it and we will go from there.
